Emily Quenneville (Brescia University College, University of Western Ontario) - "Use of a Diet in FODMAPs for the Management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome"
Emily is in graduate studies in nutrition at UWO having previously graduated from both the Universities of Windsor and Guelph. She hopes to work in the field of community nutrition as an RD where she can help to teach individuals the importance of nutrition.
Undergraduate Category:
Stephanie Verriano (Brescia University College, University of Western Ontario) - "The effects of incorporating sweet potato and peanut flours on the sensory properties of probiotic yogurt in Mwanza, Tanzania"
Stephanie has just completed her undergraduate program in the Food and Nutritional Sciences program at Brescia. During her third year, she completed a four-month internship in Tanzania. She plans to do her Masters of Science in Foods and Nutrition at Brescia.
